Transforming Workforce Data: One Model's Mission to Unlock HR Insights

The founding team of One Model, previously at Infohrm (acquired by SuccessFactors and SAP), experienced the challenges organizations faced in translating complex HR data into meaningful insights.

In 2014, Chris Butler, David Wilson, and Matthew Wilton founded One Model to make complex data accessible and valuable. They developed a platform that allows leaders to easily interact with workforce data and unlock its potential.

Today, large organizations trust One Model to maximize their HR data's value.
