After 12+ years of living in data land (with experience gained from tenure at InfoHRM, Successfactors, and SAP), he moved on from the corporate world and helped found One Model to change the way data processing impacts the HR space.

Sean serves as the Chief Financial Officer at One Model. Before his current role, he spearheaded Finance teams at various high-growth SaaS companies and also gained substantial experience in private equity, focusing on investments in high-growth SaaS businesses. Outside the office, Sean is an avid surfer, chasing waves around the globe.

Known for energizing teams and driving consistent market leadership, Don brings expertise from previous CRO roles at WellnessLiving and Validity, aligning perfectly with One Model’s mission to empower organizations with actionable workforce insights.

His expertise spans strategic planning, content design, data integration, and data science. With 15 years in HR and analytics, Phil has supported companies like Target and SmartRecruiters. He holds a Master’s in Human Resources from the University of Minnesota.
