We've pulled together as many open roles as we could find and organized them by experience level, to help connect job seekers to roles. What happens during an update? During an update, we check all the links, remove dead links, and then go looking for more roles. This is a manual process that goes line by line. This means that in between batches, you may find some links that are no longer functioning. While that may be disappointing, the good news is that people are finding roles! So when you see a link no longer accepting applicants, take heart that companies are very actively looking, searching, and making hires for this space. Your luck will come up soon too.

The IC category was getting unwieldy, so these are all of the system specific IC roles (Workday / Oracle / SF) or IC roles that have HRIS in the title, but all have been vetted to make sure they have reporting or analytics components.

Note for PA job seekers: many of these roles are 100% "people analytics" roles hiding within an HRIS title and some are People Analytics + HR tech responsibility. 

Use judgement, but if you're looking for an IC role in People Analytics, don't make the mistake of glossing over these titles.

Are you sure about that location?

The locations we pull (country, remote, city) are the best bet based on the details from the top of the job posting. Unfortunately, data quality for location seems fair at best and wrong for many roles posted to job sites. This is true even on company job pages. Roles are frequently cross-posted, double posted, or mis-posted (sometimes all three!).

Data quality about remote roles are even worse than the general locations. Many postings list "remote / hybrid" when they mean in-office (remote 1 day a week!). There are also many that are remote eligible, but it may be buried deeper in the JD that the role has flexibility. Be sure to read the full JD if you require remote work, but find a role that interests you from outside your location.

Overall, if you see a role that seems like a fit for you, don't be dissuaded by the location or remote eligibility when you first see it. Do a quick search for the company page posting, reach out to hiring managers, and check in with your network to double check the location requirements before passing on a role.
